Psalm 34:8

Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good; Blessed is the man who takes refuge in Him.

Our Mission

At Taste & See, The Goodness of God, our mission is to spread the goodness of God, as well as the Gospel of Jesus Christ, through real testimonies & engaging "God-tent" to encourage individuals to deepen their faith and seek a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Disclaimer: Don't take our word as gospel. Do your research and read the Bible for yourself.

Did you know that Heaven Rejoices over one soul?

Luke 15:7 KJV

I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth, more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need no repentance.

Jesus Loves You!

You don't have to have your life together to come to God - that's His job!

He takes the broken, the imperfect, the forgotten, makes them whole & lifts them up!

Jesus laid down His life to give us ours, so that we may be free from bondage. You can be set free from whatever is holding you hostage. You only need to surrender to Him & repent of your sins.

What is repentance?

Repentance is more than just saying you're sorry. It's a deep, heart-level transformation. It's recognizing where we've gone wrong, truly feeling the weight of it, and then choosing to turn away from sin & towards God & a righteous lifestyle.

Real repentance shows up in action - it's a sincere shift in attitude, behavior and lifestyle as we pursue a path that honors Him.

Ready to Surrender your life to Christ?

Salvation Prayer

If you're serious about turning away from your sin and want to make Jesus your Lord and Savior, say the following prayer with the utmost  sincerity.

Dear Heavenly Father, I come to You as a sinner & I repent of my sins. I believe that Your Son, Jesus, died on the cross to take away my sin, that He rose from the dead on the 3rd day; so I can be made whole in You and made righteous through faith in Him. Jesus, I choose to follow You, and I ask that you fill me with the power of the Holy Spirit. Thank you for saving me! Amen.

You've surrendered...now what?

Your salvation doesn't stop at accepting Jesus as your Lord & Savior!

Get a Bible

The Bible is not just a book, it's the ultimate source of God's truth! It gives direction for everyday life. When you learn God's word, along with the Holy Spirit, you will be able to better discern when something is God's word or man's cherry picked version of God's word. If you need a Bible, click on the Free Bible tab at the top & we'll send you one for free!

Pray

Set aside some time everyday to pray. Your prayer life is so important because it connects you to God and strengthens your faith. If you don't know how or what to pray for, you can start with the Lord's Prayer found in Matthew 6:9-13.

Find a Church

Find a good, Bible preaching church. Do your research! Most church websites  will tell you what they believe and what they preach. Beware  of the "feel good" churches that dilute God's word and tell you that your sin is ok. Actually attend service. Online church services are all well and good, especially if you're not feeling well but the fellowship is missing.

Get Baptized

Get baptized in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit(full submersion).  Jesus calls us to be baptized, and when we do, we're making a public declaration that we belong to Him. It's a powerful symbol of what God has done for us - the old life washed away and a brand new life beginning. It's an outward expression of an inward transformation.

Beware of False Doctrine

There are so many "Social Media Pastors" flooding the internet right now. Ask the Lord for discernment because not everyone is preaching God's truth. Take everything back to the Bible. If it's not in alignment with God's word, then it's not the truth. The Bible preaches unpopular, hard truths and if a "pastor" is twisting God's word to fit the world then that's not someone you should be taking spiritual advice from.
